Olomouc: Slav, 1934. Octavo (19 × 14.2 cm). Original decorative wrappers; 74, [6] pp. Very good. In protective mylar sleeve. Scarce regional avant-garde book of poems, with spare but attractive typographic design to wrappers and throughout (on title, section titles, etc.). Nezbeda (1912-2004) was a teacher and poet from Moravia. Little is known about the Olomouc-based "Slav" group of writers and visual artists. Not in Vloemans. Outside the Czech Republic, we only locate the copy at Harvard. (Inventory #: P6432)
