A proof of a new typeface, Enciro, inspired by the fonts cut by Enrico Martínez, a printer of New Spain in the 16th and 17th centuries.
The upper third of the broadside discuss and illustrated the font. The remainder is a proof using text from the first book of Gabriel García Márquez's autobiography. The published title was changed to 'Vivir para Contarla' to avoid a copyright issue.
Finely printed letterpress by Juan Pascoe on heavy stock. Limitation not specified. 18 by 23 inches.
