Ward a minor 19th C. poet who studied at Princeton, though he received an M.D. from Rutgers College. He wrote under the nom-de-plume of "Flaccas" [cf. Harris, p. 301].OCLC shows only one institutional holding- Brown.A rare broadside publication by this author, wherin he extolls the virtues of tee-totalling.
