Reah Frazer, Counsellor at Law, Lancaster, Pa., with Harrisburg postal cancel. Folded for mailing, wax seal stains, several short fold splits [a few repaired archivally, no loss]. Very Good.
Henry Buehler [1804-1859], Director of the Harrisburg and Lancaster Railroad, was prominent in Dauphin County coal enterprises. He had been a Commissioner appointed to receive stock subscriptions for the York Haven and Harrisburg Bridge Turnpike Road Company and the Susquehanna & Juniata Bridge Company.
