Most are one to for paragraphs in length. This is followed by acknowledgments of Medical Professionals and friends. Finally, it concludes with an 8 pp article by the publisher defending himself from an attempted professional and moral assassination by Prof. Deering J. Roberts, Editor of the Southern Practitioner.
