First few gutters with darkened spots from the old stapling, the final two leaves at back have pulled away at the stapling. Rear board with vertical crack near rear joint. Withal, a VG copy.. 124 pp. English - Hawaiian text presented side-by-side, in both phrases & words. NB. "To the Reader" prefatory material notes that the "...primary object of this Manual is to teach natives to converse in English. It is designed to help carry out the plan of the Government, to extend English schools among the indigenous race of these Islands.
