Pages have instances of spotted foxing and a few instances of marginalia/notations. Frontis map is nearly deatched. Includes 3 color lithographs with their tissue-guards intact. Cover pastedown has coat of arms bookplate from the Walworth Family; handwriting appears to be 'Rev Clarence A. Walworth from his father.' Clarence A. Walworth )1820-1900) was an attorney, well-regarded poet, writer and Catholic priest whose father was Reuben H. Walworth (1788-1867). Also includes a small, notation card from the Wauregan House/Hotel. A wonderful piece of New England and American history.Needs rebound, all edges with very nice marbling. The lithographs are printed by J.A.H. Hasbrouck, the artists names are illegible.
