Advertising leaflet (4 pages, on heavy card stock, ca. 1910, apparently not recorded on OCLC) for Charles K. Landis, Jr., laid in; Landis was owner of the land and developer for Vineland. Cover title: Beautiful Vineland. Original green-stamped decorated tan wrappers, stapled. Very good.
