A small masterpiece of book illustration of great rarity. As is typical of books produced under Mussolini, the subject matter is typical propaganda, in this case promoting the Italian equivalent of the Hitlerjugend. The artist, Raoul Verdini, is best know for his work as a comic book illustrator and his pioneering work in animated films. This is the third edition.
