Brown cloth spine appears to be added at a late date. Rear cover lists Appleton Splendid Toy Books, including 12 Grandmamma's titles. No date, perhaps 1843 - 1848. Covers soiled, cloth spine added (as noted), internals toned (as expected). Printed by a number of publishes, we identify 4 copies of this title with the Appleton imprint all in American collections.
