by Gilkerson, William.
San Francisco: Troubador Press, (1978). With an introduction by author, historian, and founder of the San Francisco Maritime Museum, Karl Kortum. He has tipped color illustrations of two of his pieces of scrimshaw onto the book's black endpapers, signed the front blank, and tipped in a watercolor of a boatheader with his lance. Very good condition in original blind stamped boards with gold spine lettering.. 4to, 26 cm. 119, (1) pp. b/w plates, signed watercolor.
