Hale.” Octavo, bound by Sickles in emerald levant & marbled boards, with the gilt-stamped monogram of Charles Edward Ballard, hotelier & circus owner, on the upper front panel, gilt-stamped spine, top edge gilt, [i-vi], [iii]-viii, [1]-45 pp. Illustrated with frontis., and four plates.
