1931 · London:
by DAHL, Judge Ludvig (1864-1934).
London:: Rider & co., [n.d. 1931?]., 1931. 8vo. 256 pp. Original royal blue cloth stamped in black; rubbed, inner joint cracked. Bookplate of Edith Lyttelton. Good. Very scarce. Dahl and his wife are important contributors to 20th century spiritualism. His personal case is particularly odd as he was more and more engaged in mediums and believing that he was fully in touch with his deceased sons. Then two mediums predicted his death in August 1934 and that is exactly what happened. Was it fabricated or was this fate? The larger story of his life is etched around his odd exit from life. This book deals with his beliefs in connecting with the departed.
