Also laid in is a table of contents for the first two issues of the series, and a folding broadsheet with a color print by Roy Lichtenstein. Fine, the chemise faded and very good. Umberto Eco was a cofounder of VS, and contributes here a chapter titled "Introduction to a Semiotics of Iconic Signs." Also with contributions from Christian Metz, Abraham A.
