New York: Museum of Modern Art, 1936. Boards. Very Good +/Very Good. A solid, presentable copy of the 1936 1st edition of this highly-influential MoMA catalogue, with its pictorial dustjacket. Clean and VG+ (light offsetting to the inner hinges) in a bright, price-intact, VG- to VG dustjacket, with moderate chipping and creasing along the panel edges and moderate chipping to the spine ends (representing a bit of loss to the title). Still though, attractive and striking withg its "Rayograph" coverf by Man Ray. Edited by the formidable MoMA Director Alfred Barr, 256 pgs. with 217 plates. (Inventory #: 20243)
