Solid and VG+ in its dark cloth, with bright titling along the spine. A touch of light spotting to the front panel, minor offsetting (where a small newspaper clip had been laid-in) at pgs. 64-65, otherwise very clean. Lacking its original dustjacket. Thin octavo, dedicated by Langston Hughes "to Ralph and Fanny Ellison" (Inventory #: 20739)
