Thirty-three lithographic plates, a few tinted, some double-paged, include plans to scale and elevations. The dedication is to H.R.H. the late Prince Consort, the Earl of Leicester for whom Dean erected designs herein with particular emphasis on promoting the prosperity of tenants and the comfort of laborers. Designs are eclectic adaptations of Old English and Tudor style primarily for large country estates with ancillary out buildings.
