Promotes itself as a haven for girls in an uncertain modern world: "In this day, when all about us we see unhappy restless women, it is quite fitting that some place be set apart to which girls may come for the securing of that poise which leads to content in later years" (p.3). Membership is open only to "Protestant girls between the ages of 10 and 16 or former campers" (p.7). Includes information on equipment, food, outdoor recreation, uniforms, rates, a sample daily schedule, and nearby railways. Religious instruction included.
