Two ownerships on front endsheets are the sole markings, and book is otherwise unmarked, clean, and perfectly sound. The dj is inconspicuously sunned and has a half-inch tear to back panel. Laid in find a lengthy book review from an establishment journal. By accident we found that author Ronfeldt was one of an authorial team that published, in same year 1973, a book entitled "Arms Transfers to Latin America: Toward a policy of mutual (truncated) respect"; and the introduction to that item "surveys 'the myths' that would restrict armaments supplies to our clients."
