A small inset card folded to 6.5 x 5 cm. laid down on lower left corner which when opened, reveals a printed list of officers and committee members; an ink note on the small card: "Per Kindness of Committee." Accompanied by a blank envelope. Howard College was founded in Marion, Alabama in 1841. It relocated to Birmingham in 1887, later becoming Samford University. (Inventory #: 70109)
