THE HOME-MADE DRESS FORM
1920 · Manchester, NH
by Elliott Dress Form Company
Manchester, NH, 1920. self wraps, 8vo, pp.15. Rubber stamp of the NH State College Extension Services. Illustrated with 7 poor quality but interesting photographs of women making dress forms. A very good copy. The making of the dress form lends itself to co-operative action on the part of groups of women. In many communities in the US the women have worked in groups of three at home or at all day Betty Schools to make forms for each other. The community spirit fostered by such work, as well, as the material results, have made it a plan to be recommended wherever practical. (Inventory #: 15438)
