Westwood, MA, March 5, 1940. "In reply to your recent letter I would suggest that you try my 'Song of the World Adventurers' and 'March of the Pioneers' both published by the H.W. Gray Co. N.Y. Also 'The Water Lily' in a collection of Silver, Burdett Co. Boston and a song for male chorus 'Pirates,' Row Music Co., 725 Boylston St. Boston. Same publisher 'In a Tropic Garden' female voices. I am now an old man and have written many things. I can't remember how many songs. One of the best is 'Song of the World Adventurers.'"
