First edition, third issue, incorrectly denoted the "Third Edition." This copy has the offending contents leaf removed, has the Robert A. Hicks insert imprint tipped in, and a dated Hicks review slip laid in. This issue of the first printing sheets appeared in 1 Feb. 1924, and all three issues totaled one thousand sets of sheets.
