Promotional piece with special attention paid to the upcoming pageant of the Pacific and Treasure Island, very good in original stapled color-pictorial wraps. From the text and captions: "A paradise of beautiful homes. Bridges! Jewel at sunset. Metropolitan retreat. Western Athens. Year 'round play makes champions" and so on. Cover in colors features a nondescript model of some envisioned highrise, while back cover photo shows the "new $3,000,000 Alameda County Courthouse," of which it is said, "The cool white beauty of the structure has been likened to that of the world-famed Taj Mahal (Inventory #: 131125)
