Very good+ in light blue decorated cloth covered boards with black text on the spine and a sketch of a clipper ship on the front board with map end sheets. There is a prior owner's name, date and small book plate on the fly title page. In a very good- unclipped dust jacket with 1/4" deep chips across the upper edge of the spine area and small chips from the fore corners of the panels. The frontispiece is signed in pencil by the illustrator, Gordon Grant. 487 pages of text and illustrated with six color plates by Gordon Grant. A novel set during the time of the Clipper ships.
