Handsome Vintage Original Photograph Signed

("Ted Lewis") boldly penned in black ink on full length portrait of Ted Lewis wearing black formal wear, black bow tie holding his signature top hat and cane. Photograph is by Apeda, New York with their logo in the lower left corner and is on heavy weight stock; 8" x 10"; very good (minor signs of handling; soft crease left margin; soiling on verso), 1932. Boldly signed and inscribed for Paramount's #1 secretary Mary Lou Van Ness: "To Mary Louise best wishes Ted Lewis." Noted on verso: "Ted Lewis gave this to me".
