A few small stains, many joints with closed tears and acetate tape repairs to front and reverse sides, less on front side. "A Complete Guide To Strangers, showing distinctly the Hotels, Public Buildings Steam and Horse Rail Roads & Places of Amusement." With alphabetical directory of streets printed below the map. Some points of interest are the Base Ball Grounds off Tremont Street near Franklin Street, the West Boston Bridge, the Cross and Mill Dams, and of course Soth Bay, now mostly filled in.
