[xxiv], lxxxviii, 151 pages of text in English, followed by [viii], 112 pages in Greek and Latin. Complete with the half title page. Original full leather binding is heavily rubbed and worn, with front hinge and endpaper loosening; it remains intact and attractive. About half of the pages with a very slight crease from a shelfbump. The title page has a date written near the bottom margin in ink (1743). Both the main title page and the title page for the final work in Latin and Greek contain an engraved vignette. Previous owner's name neatly on the front endpaper: P. M. James.. (Inventory #: 012614)
