Principal title of this book is somewhat misleading because it is much more of a single volume encyclopedia or atlas with substantial pieces on home decoration, farm animals (chickens, horses, etc.). Treats animal cruelty, which would mark it as a real pioneer. This is a substantial specimen of Victoriana and Americana, and one can dip into time and again with enjoyment. Leather of binding has considerable rubbing, esp. in corner tabs. Slight looseness to FFEP. Otherwise, tight and clean copy. (Inventory #: 000794)
