Los Angeles: 8” x 10”, 1920s. A beautiful photograph of the lovely silent film star Winifred Bryson signed and inscribed by her: “To Will Steinik, With sincere good wishes, Winifred Bryson.” With a 1/2” tear to the bottom edge, else fine. The portrait was taken by the Freulich studio as noted on the photo. In the photo Miss Bryson is wearing a lace-trimmed tall fabric hat and pearls, with a cape draped around her shoulders. Winifred Bryson (1892 - 1987) She was once married to actor Warner Baxter from 1918 until his death in 195. Her first film was Peer Gynt (1915) and her last Adoration (1928), in addition to South of Suva (1922) The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923), Flirting With Love (1924), The Awful Truth (1925), etc. (Inventory #: 19758E)
