A children’s book recreating a day in the life of the Shirley Temple, illustrated throughout with many delightful black & white photographs of the young movie star, including her eating breakfast, having a dance lesson, on a film set, writing autographs, and saying her bedtime prayers at the end of her busy day. Near fine with only slight dust soiling, a small patch of rubbing on the rear cover near the spine, and minor edgewear. The front cover is illustrated with a bright color painting of Shirley Temple wearing a pretty pink nightgown with blue trim waking up in the morning with a yawn and a stretch with a large clock face in the background reading 7:00. The rear cover shows Miss Temple in the same nightgown as she prepares for sleep and turns off her bedside lamp, the base of which is a painted yellow pig, with the clock in the background now reading 8:00.
