A promotional pamphlet for Seaver's invention, the Magazine Stove, which hides the flue pipe under the floor. Seaver, an Iowa inventor, solicits bids for advance royalties, in exchange "for the exclusive privilege and entire control of the State or Territory for the life of the patent." With before and after illustrations of the typical parlor. Seaver's patent, filed in 1880 with the U.S. Patent Office, is printed. Not in Romaine, NUC.
