This rare plaintiffs' brief argues that Ohio's Liquor Law is unconstitutional because the Legislature failed to pass the Act in accordance with prescribed procedures; and, since the Act would shut down the entire place of business where liquor is sold, it confiscates the seller's property without due process of law. OCLC attributes authorship to George Pugh.
Not in Sabin, Thomson, Eberstadt, Decker. OCLC 39258443 [1- Hayes Pres. Ctr] as of June 2020. (Inventory #: 18164)
