Signed by many contributors, including Willard Thorp (and dated Feb. 22, 1964), Margaret Thorp, Louis Coxe, Edith W. Coxe, Dudley Johnson (writer of essay on Coxe), George Garrett (inscribed by him "For Lev Cartwright with best wishes + thanks for telling me I was heard), R.P. Blackmur (writer of essay on Thoedore Holmes), Galway Kinnell (and dated Feb 22, 1964), Sherman H. Hawkins (writer of essay on Kinnell), William Meredith (inscribed "For Lev Cartwright, from [signed] Princeton 22 Feb 1964"), Tom Roche (writer of essay on Merwin, and inscribed "To Levering Cartwright.
