Boston: For the Author, 1791. Three volumes. Rebacked with red leather labels.New endpapers. This is a mixed set with 1791 reprint of the first volume and first editions of the second and third volumes, 1791 and 1792. The first edition of Volume 1 was published in 1784. These were all published in Boston. Large folding map in Volume 1 shows minor chipping along the right-hand border, old professional repair of a 1" tear, light toning of folds and edges. Old off-setting on title-page of Volume 2 from the map which was moved to Volume 1 at some point. Text is clean throughout.
