Five items from Robertson's estate papers: (1) an 1866 letter from his son, William B. Robertson, Jr., concerning the possible poisoning of another son, Tom; (2) an 1867 manuscript document (worn) concerning Judge Robertson and the seizure of some property; (3) an 1868 letter, from W.B. Chamberlain, to Robertson concerning property assessments in Baton Rouge and the "scallawag" in charge of the procedure; (4) an 1884 "true copy" of a manuscript tribute to the memory of Judge Robertson; and (5) an 1887 invitation to Robertson's son to celebrate a "wooden" anniversary, printed on simulated bark paper and mailed in a similar envelope
