Stylized view of Steamboat Landing, 4 1/2 x 7 1/4 inches, featuring African-American stevedores, bales of cotton, and mule-drawn carts in the foreground of steamboats lined up at the dock waiting to be loaded; the verso carries a description of the landing, between Julia and St. Louis Streets, in the context of levees and landings along the river and an advertisement for Singer sewing machines.
