Marks, Real Estate and Land Agent, from Willcox, Florida, offers several pages of properties for sale, briefly described, including prices, as well as testimonials, dated April-August 1880, from satisfied customers. Servies 6666 lists a 16 pp. edition, published in , giving two locations: Florida State Univ.; Univ. of Florida, Gainesville (though the  date is recorded by Servies for the 16 pp. edition, it is not found in the online catalogue for the University, only the  edition.)
