Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper. Streeter sale 4124 ("spine chipped top and bottom," as here): "This is the story of a hunting, fishing, and prospecting trip in the summer of 1871 from a camp on the North St. Vrain River near Long's Peak, Colorado.
