The Andean Community, (renamed in 1996, originally the Grupo Andino, which began publishing the Gaceta in 1983) is the regional economic organization which promotes a common market among the countries of the Andean region in South America. Its current members are Bolivia, Columbia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. Published in Spanish, the official language of the Andean community, this important publication is the official source of all treaties, agreements, decisions, resolutions, and other acts of the Community's organs. The Gaceta is published irregularly and its other important documents of the Court of Justice are also published in the Gaceta.
