INTERNATIONAL MAIL
SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Two options are available, EXPRESS AIRMAIL (3-6 days) and PRIORITY MAIL (6-10 days). FLAT RATE BOXES AND ENVELOPES are also available.
AIR MAIL TO CANADA
(a) for International Express Mail shipment to CANADA (3-6 days), $30 for the first book, $5 for each thereafter.
(b) for International Express Mail FLAT RATE ENVELOPE shipment (3-6 days, single book orders only, subject to size limitations, not available in all countries), $25.
(c) for International Priority Mail shipment to CANADA (6-10 days), $20 for the first book, $5 for each thereafter
(d) for International Priority Mail FLAT RATE BOX to CANADA (2-3 books), $25.
(e) for International Priority Mail FLAT RATE ENVELOPE to CANADA (single book orders only, subject to size limitations), $12.
AIRMAIL TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
(a) for International Express Mail shipment to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (3-6 days), $40 for the first book, $10 for each thereafter.
(b) for International Express Mail FLAT RATE ENVELOPE shipment to ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (3-6 days, single book orders only, subject to size limitations, not available in all countries), $25.

Any postage fees incurred above these rates are billed at cost.
Fine is our highest grade, all book dustjackets are in new, clear archival covers. All proofs and paperbacks valued at over $50 are in new, clear glassine covers. All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. All books are guaranteed to be as described, and may be returned at any time for any reason for a full refund, including return postage if book is not as described. Libraries, institutions, and accredited dealers can be sent books with invoice.
