[1850s]. Very Good. Harvey, G.. Watercolor portraits of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Curtis. Set of 2. NP: NP, [1850s]. 14 x 17 inches. Portraits mounted to pressed boards. Book condition: Very good with light foxing and a few tiny spots. Boards are lightly chipped at edges and have unobtrusive, regularly spaced nail holes. Lower right corner of Mrs. Curtis bears a small but intriguing burn mark. Portraits depict the Curtises in Victorian dress. The profile of Mr. Curtis showcases a well-kept and sizable beard. Mrs. Curtis has a slight smile in a charming 3/4 view. (Inventory #: RHARMRA00EC)
