19. [Ehon] Ichiyo^sai Toyokuni, artist. TOYOKUNI TOSHIDAMA HITSU. Owari [Nagoya]: Mino^ya Iroku & Mino^ya Bunjiro^, n.d. String-bound Japanese-style [fukuro^-toji], orange covers, paper label, 22.9 x 15.5 cm, 50 pp. of color woodcuts after Toyokuni. Referring to Forrer, pp 243, 244, this would appear to be a later impression. [1850's?] The impressions are fair to good, colors good, condition very good. Interesting manga-like images with a few larger compositions that illustrate the artist's genius at composition. Complete as issued. (Inventory #: 88587)
