An address delivered to the students of Kansas City High School on Tuesday, November 12, 1901 by William Elsey Connelley, a teacher in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Prior to his teaching career, Connelley was county clerk for Wyandotte County. He would later serve for sixteen years as the secretary of the Kansas State Historical Society.
