Original plain green paper wraps are soiled, worn, and chipped, with the front wrapper detached, but the faded and soiled orange printed spine remains mostly intact, except for a chip to the bottom of the spine; protected in custom stiff archival mylar. Complete with a folding map of the region, and a folding chart of the settlement as laid out by the Berlin Colonization Society. The text is moderately foxed. Sabin 9181. First edition..
