According to this souvenir, the Baltimore fire was the most financially devastating ever documented in America aside from the Chicago fire of 1871. Bound in original side-stapled grey paper wrappers with brown title to front cover. Wrappers are present but detached with a few chips to edges. Spot of soiling to front wrapper. Occasional smudge marks and a minor foxing to interior. Chipping and closed tears to edges of a few pages. Pencil markings to margins of a few pages. Missing the last page.
