Coudert during a lecture tour of Canada, in part: "...Nothing is settled yet and I will try and send you a line from Toronto if I have made any final arrangements while I am here. I only came over to give off these lectures which I hoped might be of use in Canada at this particular moment." One horizontal fold but still in fine condition.
