Glasgow, 1791. Very good condition. Tuesday June 1 to Tuesday June 8, 1790 issue of the Scottish newspaper (Vol. XIII, No. 649; pp 177 - 184). 'Sunday's Post' concerning the right to the navigation of the Mississippi River granted to both Great Britain and America as stipulated in the peace treaty between the 2 nations. The article notes Spain's opposition to the free navigation of the river. The article goes on to note the trouble with the Spanish in the Falklands, as described by the recently returned captain of the captain of the Aurora, Clarke, from the Southern whaling fishery (p180).
