A history of the city and promotion for the surrounding country, with much information about its virtues, attributes, etc. The last third of the pamphlet is devoted to a directory of the city. There are also advertisements for many local merchants throughout. This is the first directory for any part of Wyoming, and one of the first book-length works published there.
