Book condition: Very good with slight soiling and yellowing to wraps, and fading to pencil writing on front cover (which was maybe guest names). Clean and very readable contents. Hand-written recipe for a wedding cake, with sub-sections for measure cake, frosting, sponge cake and ginger cakes. S. W. Woody's name on rear cover along with town and date. Initials "J. M. S." and "Mrs Scott" written inside in the same hand who wrote the recipes, thus we think this may be the author. . Very Good. 1843. (Inventory #: RSCOHAR00MW)
